On 28th March 2020 AKAWI will honor one woman whose story was chosen by our select panel of judges for the grant of the Astounding Amazon of Africa Award. The event will feature a panel discussion on the Millennial African Woman and tea conversation on Harnessing the Potential of SMEs for the African woman. There shall also be spoken word/poetry presentations, as well as other art presentation(s) and an opportunity to share ideas and join the conversation as we work towards practical solutions to current burning issues affecting the African woman.
